Baked Oatmeal (with Yogurt)

Mix together: 1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup yogurt
2 cups oats
Bake 30 minutes at 350 in a 9 inch ungreased round pan, or 15-20 minutes in muffin tins. Pour warm milk and sprinkle cinnamon on it to serve. OPTION: Add some cinnamon to the cake when mixing.

    Have you tried eating steel cut oats at all? They are a healthy, hearty oat. Very similar cooking methods.

I laughed at your Jacob comments. :) The very same thing happened to me last week, but it looked as if my teen son had accidentally taken over my site and erased my name, putting in his name. I was terrified and panicked and crabby honestly. It was solved and I apologized to my poor son. Funny. Well, I'm glad that your Jacob is interested in his capital. :)
